Nevine Nagji

Nevine Nagji serves as the Director of People at Koloma, overseeing the design and execution of human resources for better organizational and interpersonal connection and performance. Prior to Koloma, Ms. Nagji led the HR function at private equity start up RimRock Oil and Gas from inception to sale. She has a track record of delivering sustainable results through people and has supported full life cycle HR functions at public and private companies in the US and internationally. Ms. Nagji acquired her undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary, has studied HR at Cornell and Leicester University and is SHRM-SCP certified.
